Brunch… I feel like there is no need to go into further description or detail. But for those who need some convincing to eat savory, delicious breakfast, here’s a quick snippet;

Eggs Benedict is a common staple on breakfast cafe menus, but creating this dish used to be for skilled cook. Poaching eggs takes practice, a traditional Hollandaise sauce takes patience and finesse; but for those in time crunch, I’ve prepared this dish using easy techniques that anyone can execute.

I made sure to include a breakfast item for those with a sweet tooth and of course, some adult beverages to put a little pep in your early afternoon. Here’s to the weekend!
