Apple-Cider Bourbon

This refreshing cocktail is perfect to sip on while relaxing on your front porch or is a great ice-breaker at your next house party. It’s so tasty and easy to make.

Serve it with this Game Day Menu to get the crowd going.

Makes 1 (see below for batch recipe)

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz bourbon
4 oz apple-cider
2 oz ginger ale
1 pink lady apple, cored and sliced
lemon wedge for garnish

TO MIX:

Place 2-4 apple slices in pint glass.

Fill glass with ice.

Pour in bourbon and cider. Stir.

Top with ginger ale and garnish with lemon wedge.

 

Having a party? Make it punch with this batch recipe. Serves 4-6 guests.

In a large carafe or pitcher, add the following:

Place sliced apples in carafe (2 apples, cored and sliced)

1 1/2 cup bourbon

2 cups apple-cider

1 cup ginger ale

Serve with lemon wedges to garnish ice-filled glassware.
